A Bit About Me
My name is Federico. I’ve been working all my life in the field of cybersecurity.
In 2014, I stumbled upon Check Point firewalls, and my career took a wild ride. I switched from being an employee to owning my own company.
Over the years, I completed challenging projects across various industries, had the chance to present at worldwide security conferences, won awards, and had my research published in books.
I was confident in my technical skills, but without realizing it, I was slowly getting more into the revenue and strategy aspects of the business.

In 2020, I decided to start a new journey and joined Nynox, a Belgian MSSP focusing on SOC as a Service and Incident Response.
The challenge was appealing. I was already working with different SOCs, and the job seemed to fit my profile and strengths perfectly.
My challenge was to revamp the company's offering. As my manager put it, “To take things to the next level.”
I kept my Cybersecurity Architect role but was suddenly thrown into a chaos of sales, processes, management, operations, customer success, expectations management, leadership, and value delivery.
And I loved it.
Today, I’m the managing partner of Nynox. In the end, I’m responsible for revenue, which I like to understand as the conjunction of sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

What I Enjoy
I’m often the first to experiment with new ideas and take the lead. Whether it's trying a new sales pitch with a customer, designing a new architecture, creating pricing models and strategies, or developing MVPs. I’m good at conceptualizing and laying the groundwork for future steps within teams and companies.
I have a deep understanding of value: how to deliver it and how to identify what makes others feel "Wow."
This pairs well with one of my other guilty pleasures: giving surprises and creating lasting memories or moments that are simply out of the ordinary.
I love connecting dots and relating knowledge from different areas to produce results. I blend marketing, business, product, sales, psychology, negotiation, and technical knowledge. I channel my need to create through tools like Power BI, PowerPoint, and design.
I'm a big fan of communication and presenting, the final vehicle to bring my ideas to life.
I feel right at home analyzing different points of view to determine the next steps and find consensus, which is particularly useful in dynamics with complex interests (employees, management, customers, investors).
